+ Describe the main findings in this ECG

Main findings:

  • Sinus rhythm with a PR interval of 0.22 seconds and a ventricular rate of about 94 bpm
  • Prolonged QT (QRS width is more than half the R-R interval)
  • Left bundle branch block
  • Right axis deviation
  • There is ST elevation in Leads V1 to V3, but this does not meet the Sgarbossa criteria for ischaemia.
